Modules and Features
KORE1st brings leads, stock, employees, approvals, reports, companies, files, domains, database choices, media annotation, and email delivery into one practical business system.
Custom domain mapping
Eligible subscribers can map their own domain or subdomain after DNS, SSL, and ownership verification.
Customer-owned database
Approved customers can use their own database arrangement with agreed hosting, access, backup, and security responsibilities.
Own SMTP
Businesses can send supported emails through their own SMTP provider when this option is enabled.
Own cloud storage
Subscribers can request approved storage configuration using Amazon S3, Azure Blob, DigitalOcean Spaces, Wasabi, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, or S3-compatible storage.
No source-code handover
KORE1st is delivered as managed subscription software. Source code, repositories, build files, and deployment internals are not shared.

Each subscriber gets 5GB included storage for file uploads. Storage can be increased with additional charges or connected to approved customer-managed cloud storage.
Create annotations on uploaded images and videos for review, issue marking, proof capture, quality checks, and team collaboration.
Manage multiple companies from one subscription with user, module, permission, and data separation.
Storage and media
Subscribers get 5GB storage for file uploads by default. Storage can be increased with additional charges, or an approved customer-owned cloud storage provider can be configured during onboarding.
KORE1st can also support image and video annotation, so teams can mark uploaded media, add review context, highlight issues, and keep visual feedback attached to operational records.
Supported cloud providers
Customer-owned cloud storage requires access credentials, bucket/container policy, CORS, region, backup, retention, and security review before activation.
Implementation logic
One subscription can manage multiple companies, while users, modules, permissions, notifications, and reports can be scoped to the right operational context.
