What is KORE1st? +

KORE1st stands for KEY OPERATIONS & RESOURCE ENGINE. It is a subscription-based business management platform for managing CRM, sales, inventory, HRMS, approvals, reporting, files, and connected business workflows.

Can one subscriber manage multiple companies? +

Yes. One subscribed business account can manage multiple companies with company-wise users, permissions, records, reports, and operational settings.

Does the customer get access to the provider admin panel? +

No. Provider admin controls are internal operational areas. Customers use their subscribed business workspace and assigned product modules, not the provider admin panel.

Can a customer map their own domain? +

Yes. Eligible customers can request custom domain or subdomain mapping after DNS, SSL, ownership, and technical verification are completed.

Can a customer use their own database? +

Yes. KORE1st can support a customer-owned database option when approved for the subscription and implementation scope. Connectivity, access, backup, hosting, and security responsibilities must be agreed during onboarding.

Will the client receive source code? +

No. KORE1st is provided as managed subscription software. Source code, repositories, build files, deployment scripts, and internal platform architecture are not sold, transferred, or shared with clients unless a separate written source-code agreement is signed.

Which business modules can KORE1st support? +

KORE1st can support business workflows such as CRM, leads, proposals, inventory, HRMS, accounting setup, approvals, notifications, reporting, templates, and multi-company operational controls. Final enabled modules depend on the subscription and onboarding scope.

How does onboarding work? +

Onboarding usually covers business setup, company structure, users, roles, permissions, master data planning, module configuration, domain mapping, and any approved database setup.

How is security handled? +

Security is handled through separated business workspaces, role-based access, permission controls, secure domain setup, audit-aware workflows, backup planning, and operational monitoring. Customer-owned database setups require additional shared responsibility planning.

Can a customer use their own SMTP for emails? +

Yes. Eligible customers can save their own SMTP configuration in the approved business setup and send supported operational emails through their own email provider.

How much file storage is included? +

Each subscriber gets 5GB included storage for file uploads. If more storage is required, it can be increased with additional charges or connected to an approved customer-owned cloud storage provider.

Which cloud storage providers are supported? +

KORE1st can support Amazon S3, Azure Blob, DigitalOcean Spaces, Wasabi, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, and S3-compatible storage, subject to onboarding, credentials, bucket/container policy, and security review.

Can users annotate images and videos? +

Yes. KORE1st can support annotations on uploaded images and videos so teams can mark issues, add review notes, capture proof context, and keep visual feedback attached to operational records.

Is public pricing available? +

Pricing has not been published yet. Subscription and commercial discussion can be handled after product discovery or demo, and a public pricing page can be added later.

Where can I read the legal terms? +

The public website includes Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy pages covering subscription usage, data handling, domain mapping, database options, cloud storage, and source code restrictions.
