Email Deliverability

Own SMTP for trusted business email.

KORE1st can support customer-controlled SMTP so your business can send supported emails through its own email provider.

Clear separation

Website emails and business emails are different.

KORE1st public website contact/demo emails can be sent by the provider email service. Your operational emails can be sent by your SMTP provider when the own SMTP setup is enabled and configured.

Own SMTP does not mean source-code access or provider console access. It only controls approved outbound email delivery for supported business workflows.

Setup areas

What must be configured for reliable sending.

Own SMTP settings

The customer can configure SMTP host, port, username, password, encryption, from email, and from name as approved for their subscription.

Secure configuration

SMTP settings can be stored against the approved business configuration so supported emails use the selected provider.

Own provider sending

Supported operational emails can be sent through the customer SMTP provider instead of a shared provider.

DNS records

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS, and verified sender/domain records should be configured on the customer domain/provider.
