Menus and actions depend on your company's settings and your access. If something is missing, ask your company administrator.

Before you begin #

Sign in to the intended company. Dashboard content depends on your permissions and configured widgets.

Step by step #

  1. Open Dashboard.
  2. Review the visible summary and work widgets.
  3. Use a widget’s filters or date range to narrow its records.
  4. Open a record to see its details or available actions.
  5. Refresh when you need updated information after another user changes a record.

Understand the fields #

  • Counts: follow the widget’s scope and filters.
  • Deadlines: help identify upcoming or overdue work.
  • Assignments: show the users responsible where the widget supports them.

Check the result #

Compare a summary with its linked list using the same filters. A count is not necessarily an all-company count.

If something goes wrong #

If a widget is empty, check filters and permissions first. A hidden widget does not prove that the company has no records.

On mobile #

Open the same module from the app menu. Use the record card or its actions menu. Scroll through the form before saving so that required fields and validation messages are not missed. Your permissions still apply.
