Menus and actions depend on your company's settings and your access. If something is missing, ask your company administrator.

Before you begin #

Know the lead/visit or other supported context for the follow-up.

Step by step #

  1. Open Follow-ups or the record’s follow-up action.
  2. Set the scheduled date/time and responsible user where provided.
  3. Save with a clear next-action note.
  4. Filter the list by due date/status to find upcoming work.
  5. Open the follow-up, record the outcome and set the next step as appropriate.

Understand the fields #

  • Scheduled date/time: uses your session’s date/time presentation.
  • Status/outcome: indicates whether the planned action was completed.
  • Related record: preserves the customer context.

Check the result #

Check that the next date and owner appear correctly in the list.

If something goes wrong #

A completed follow-up is not the same as completing a lead or sales order. Use the relevant record’s workflow separately.

On mobile #

Open the same module from the app menu. Use the record card or its actions menu. Scroll through the form before saving so that required fields and validation messages are not missed. Your permissions still apply.
