Arrange dashboard widgets
Use the available dashboard configuration to organize your workspace.
Menus and actions depend on your company's settings and your access. If something is missing, ask your company administrator.
Before you begin #
Widget configuration and visibility depend on your role and company settings.
Step by step #
- Open the dashboard or its available widget configuration.
- Review the widgets you can configure.
- Adjust supported visibility/order/options.
- Save and return to the dashboard.
- Check the layout at desktop and mobile widths.
Understand the fields #
- Widget: a summary or shortcut panel.
- Visibility: does not grant access to the underlying module.
- Order: changes presentation rather than record ownership.
Check the result #
Confirm widgets still show the expected scoped information.
If something goes wrong #
An unavailable widget may require module permission. Changing layout cannot bypass that permission.
On mobile #
Open the same module from the app menu. Use the record card or its actions menu. Scroll through the form before saving so that required fields and validation messages are not missed. Your permissions still apply.
