Review company cloud storage
Use the permitted storage configuration for company files.
Menus and actions depend on your company's settings and your access. If something is missing, ask your company administrator.
Before you begin #
Only authorized company users should manage storage settings. Keep credentials private.
Step by step #
- Open Company Cloud Storages if your role exposes it.
- Review the intended storage entry and provider details.
- Update the required configuration only with approved credentials.
- Save and verify through an authorized file upload.
Understand the fields #
- Provider/configuration: identifies the destination.
- Credentials: sensitive values, not ordinary business notes.
- Status: check the available configuration status.
Check the result #
Open a test upload to confirm access rather than assuming a saved configuration guarantees connectivity.
If something goes wrong #
For provider errors, contact your administrator. Do not publish secrets or overwrite a working connection without a rollback plan.
On mobile #
Open the same module from the app menu. Use the record card or its actions menu. Scroll through the form before saving so that required fields and validation messages are not missed. Your permissions still apply.
